Gym after Botox in Korea: rest for a few days, train before
ADO's guidance says to avoid saunas, alcohol and strenuous exercise for several days after treatment. For gym-goers, those days are your rest period.
K-Clinic's suggestion: keep training as usual in the days before you arrive in Seoul, schedule your treatment for later in the trip, and stay away from the gym afterwards. When you can resume lifting back home depends on your doctor's instructions.

ADO also notes that most treatments allow normal activity the next day. "Normal activity" means everyday sightseeing, not necessarily lifting, so ask about the two separately.
Is ADO Clinic open in the evening? Weekdays until 21:00
ADO Clinic is open until 21:00 on weekdays and until 19:00 on Saturdays and public holidays. It is closed on Sundays, and it is about a 1-minute walk from Exit 4 of Sinnonhyeon Station.
If you like to exercise or go out during the day in Seoul, a weekday evening is a good time for treatment. A consultation without treatment costs ₩30,000, which is waived if you have a procedure the same day. A 3D Meta-Vu AI skin analysis is available before treatment, and the analysis fee is also waived if you have a procedure that day.
Common questions from international visitors
Q. Should I mention protein supplements or other supplements?
ADO's guidance says to tell the clinic if you are taking anticoagulants or similar medication. K-Clinic suggests listing any supplements as well, so the doctor can decide.
Q. Can I relax in a jjimjilbang (sauna) on the day of treatment?
We don't recommend it. Avoid saunas, alcohol and strenuous exercise for several days after treatment, and book any sauna visit for before your procedure.
Q. Are the prices tax-inclusive?
No. ADO's price list shows prices before tax, and 10% VAT is added at checkout.
