Busan Dental Clinic on a Weekend Trip: RESET Dental Saturday Plan

Yes, you can see a dentist in Busan on a weekend trip, but only on Saturday. RESET Dental in Seomyeon, Busan is open Saturday 10:00–16:00 and closed on Sundays and public holidays. One Saturday covers your first exam, X-rays and consultation. Scaling (₩60,000) and whitening (₩150,000) on the same day are at the dentist's discretion. Minish veneers (₩1,200,000 per tooth), RESET-nate (₩750,000 per tooth) and implants need more than one visit.
Dental Visit in Busan on a Weekend: Saturday Only
RESET Dental is open Saturday 10:00–16:00 and closed on Sundays and public holidays, so if you can only travel on a weekend, your appointment has to be on Saturday.
Many visitors make a short weekend trip to Busan. This article explains how to plan a 2-day, 1-night weekend and what one Saturday can realistically cover, so you don't arrive expecting to finish cosmetic dentistry in a single weekend.

2 Days, 1 Night: Dentist on Saturday, Busan on Sunday
K-Clinic recommends this plan: arrive at the clinic on Saturday morning for your first exam, X-rays and consultation; the clinic is closed on Sunday, so keep that day for sightseeing in Busan.
On Saturday the clinic closes at 16:00, earlier than on weekdays. If your flight lands on Saturday morning, timing will be tight, so tell us your preferred slot and flight time together and we will check with the clinic for you.

The clinic is in Seomyeon, Busan, across from Lotte Hotel and close to Seomyeon Station. If you stay in the Seomyeon area, you can walk there on Saturday morning.
What Can You Do in One Saturday at RESET Dental?
The one thing a Saturday can reliably cover is your first exam, X-rays and consultation. Two dentists work together: Na In-chae, a periodontist, and Kim Hyun-ju, a general dentistry specialist. They check your gums and bite first, then explain your treatment plan.

- Scaling ₩60,000, teeth whitening ₩150,000: whether they can be done on the same day as your first visit is up to the dentist.
- Minish ₩1,200,000 per tooth, RESET-nate ₩750,000 per tooth: cosmetic dentistry usually needs 2 or more visits.
- Dental implant (Osstem) ₩850,000 per tooth, or ₩540,000 after writing a review (₩310,000 reward): the crown is placed after the implant has healed, so you need to come to Korea more than once.
- Wisdom tooth extraction and orthodontics: not on the price list; these are decided after an exam and X-rays, so please confirm at your consultation.
These prices depend on your diagnosis. The price list does not state whether tax is included, so please confirm at your consultation.
Three Common Mistakes on a Weekend Dental Trip
First, the clinic is also closed on Korean public holidays. Your holidays may not line up with Korea's, so check the Korean holiday calendar before booking flights.
Second, don't schedule your appointment on your departure day. The clinic is already closed on Sunday, so staying one more night after your Saturday visit makes the trip more relaxed. This is K-Clinic's recommendation.
Third, don't expect cosmetic dentistry or implants to be done in one trip. The goal of a weekend visit is to get a treatment plan, learn how many visits you need and how far apart they are, and then choose the dates of your next trip.
If You Can Take One More Day Off
The clinic is open Friday 10:00–19:00 and Thursday until 21:00, with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00 on weekdays.
If you can take Friday off, you could have your first visit on Friday and a second one on Saturday; whether that works depends on the dentist's treatment plan. If you fly into Busan on Thursday evening, you can also ask about Thursday evening slots.
