Korea Skin Treatment Aftercare: REDI 8-Point Checklist

In short: for treatments at REDI Dermatology, arrive without makeup or remove it at the clinic and tell the staff about blood-thinning or similar medication; for several days afterwards avoid saunas, alcohol and strenuous exercise. Most treatments allow normal activity the next day. Schedule saunas and drinking before the treatment, and ask the doctor how many days to avoid them. Prices are before tax; 10% VAT is added.

Read the checklist first, then plan your trip

When you have treatments in Korea, price is not the only thing: what to watch out for before and after treatment also affects your travel schedule. This checklist is based on REDI Dermatology's price list and the clinic's own explanations.

Prices are November deal prices (to 30 Nov 2026), before tax, with 10% VAT added; deal prices do not apply to the representative director.

If you have questions after you fly home

The price list does not state the clinic's follow-up or aftercare contact arrangements, so please confirm this at the consultation. If you have questions after returning home, tell us through K-Clinic and we will ask the clinic for you.

Representative director Min Jung is a board-certified dermatologist who completed residency and specialist training at Kangbuk Samsung Hospital.

A simple sample itinerary: Day 1 arrive and shop by day; Day 2 sightsee by day and have treatment in the evening; Day 3 most treatments allow normal activity. Do saunas and drinking on Day 1, and avoid them for the days after treatment. Ask the doctor exactly how many days.

If your trip is only 3 days, you can also put the treatment on the morning of Day 2 and continue sightseeing in the afternoon, but avoid the 13:00–14:00 lunch break.

This is K-Clinic's scheduling suggestion; follow your specific treatment and the doctor's explanation.
