The Allergan price for face-slimming Botox is not on the price list. If you want it, please confirm at your consultation.

What Does "Before Tax" Mean? Botox Prices With VAT

Many dermatology clinics in Korea list prices before tax and add 10% value-added tax (VAT) at checkout. BIOFACE works this way: the price list excludes tax, and 10% is added when you pay.

The formula is simple: price before tax × 1.1 = what you pay.

When comparing with other clinics, check whether their prices include or exclude tax. Only prices on the same basis can be compared.

Extra Costs Not on the Botox Price List

• Anesthesia is extra: nitrous oxide ₩10,000, sleep (sedation) ₩200,000. Whether you need it depends on the treatment and your condition, decided at the consultation.
• Requesting the representative director: choosing Director Park Ju-young costs an extra 10–20%. Details are explained when you book.
• Discounts cannot be combined: the listed prices are calculated as a single package.

Whether these extras are added to the pre-tax or the with-tax price should be confirmed at the consultation. When we ask on your behalf, we request that the clinic gives you the final amount you will pay.

Which Botox Should You Choose for Your Budget?

BIOFACE's approach is that, for the same area, you can ask what the differences are before deciding. It is a good approach, and you can do the same.

A few ways to think about it:

• First time and want to try it out: start by asking about the local brand, which has the lowest entry price.
• You already have a preferred brand: if you have always used a certain brand at home and want to continue in Korea, tell the doctor directly.
• More than one area: the list price is for 1 area, so the total changes with the number of areas. List the areas you want first, then estimate.

The differences between brands and which suits you should be explained by the doctor based on your condition. Do not decide on price alone.

Combining Botox With Other Treatments
