Two paths for presbyopia: laser or an implanted lens

₩4,000,000 vs ₩6,000,000: what the price list shows

2026 promotional prices: LBV laser presbyopia package ₩4,000,000 (regular price ₩4,500,000) and presbyopia Viva ICL lens implantation ₩6,000,000 (regular price ₩6,300,000). The prices already include the presbyopia same-day surgery discount (−₩100,000), the SNS post-surgery review discount (−₩100,000) and the companion discount (−₩100,000).

LBV is a "package": LBV plus a precision positioning feature plus a three-part dry-eye set (PRP serum, tear-duct stimulation, M22 dry-eye laser). The Viva ICL price list shows only the lens implantation itself; ask at your consultation whether anything else is included.

So the two differ by ₩2,000,000, but because the contents differ, this is not a like-for-like price gap.

What you pay after the coupon

The K-Clinic "LBV presbyopia package coupon" is worth −₩200,000. It can be combined with other offers and applies once you claim it and book through this platform:

LBV package: ₩4,000,000 − ₩200,000 = ₩3,800,000.

Presbyopia Viva ICL: Viva ICL is not on the coupon list, so it stays at ₩6,000,000.

Which one to choose: start with the exam data

The LBV package already includes the three-part dry-eye set, which is worth considering if you are prone to dry eyes. If you would rather not touch the cornea, ask the doctor whether Viva ICL is suitable for you. K-Clinic's advice is to prepare the budget for both options rather than bringing money for only one.
