On Gangnam Good Eyes Eye Clinic's price list, the SMILE Pro all-round package, Evo ICL, the LBV presbyopia package and presbyopia Viva ICL come with accommodation and airport pickup, or up to ₩200,000 cash instead; the SMILE LASIK all-round package lists accommodation or ₩100,000 cash. SMILE Pro alone has no such listing. If you fly in just for surgery, take the accommodation; if your hotel is already booked, ask about the cash option. First, not every procedure includes a hotel and pickup

When you fly to Seoul for vision correction, the easily forgotten costs beyond the plane ticket are accommodation and airport transfers. Gangnam Good Eyes Eye Clinic's price list marks some items with this benefit, but not all of them.

Look for the words "accommodation", "airport pickup" and "or cash instead" on the price list. For any item without them, ask separately at your consultation.

Which items include it and which don't

According to the 2026 price list (promotional prices already include same-day surgery, SNS post-surgery review and companion discounts):

• SMILE Pro ₩4,000,000: nothing listed on the price list.
• SMILE Pro all-round package ₩4,500,000: accommodation plus airport pickup, or up to ₩200,000 cash instead.
• SMILE LASIK all-round package ₩2,300,000: accommodation, or ₩100,000 cash instead (no pickup listed).
• Evo ICL (myopia) ₩5,000,000 for myopia alone, ₩6,000,000 for myopia plus astigmatism: accommodation plus airport pickup, or up to ₩200,000 instead.
• LBV laser presbyopia package ₩4,000,000: accommodation plus airport pickup, or up to ₩200,000 instead.
• Presbyopia Viva ICL ₩6,000,000: accommodation plus airport pickup, or up to ₩200,000 instead.

SMILE Pro alone vs the package: what the extra ₩500,000 buys

SMILE Pro alone costs ₩4,000,000 and the all-round package ₩4,500,000, a difference of ₩500,000. The package contains SMILE Pro, a dry-eye set (M22 dry-eye laser, tear-duct stimulation, serum eye drops), a corneal strengthening treatment and HIFU ultrasound lifting, and the price list marks it with accommodation and pickup.

If you were going to book a hotel and a ride to the airport anyway, factor that in before you compare; it is more realistic than looking at the ₩500,000 gap alone. What the hotel is actually worth depends on your trip, and no figure is given, so make your own estimate.

Flying in for surgery: pick the hotel. Staying with friends: ask for cash

The price list says "or cash instead", so it is normally one or the other. How to choose depends on your situation:

Travelling to Korea just for this, hotel not yet booked: choose accommodation plus pickup and skip the hassle of booking and transfers.

Hotel already booked, or staying with friends or family: ask about the cash option, up to ₩200,000 (₩100,000 for the SMILE LASIK package).

Whether you can have both, and how the cash is applied, are not stated, so please confirm with us before booking.

Five things to confirm before you book

Clear these up in the live chat so there are no surprises in Korea: how many nights are included, whether that fits your flight, the pickup time, the actual cash amount and how it is paid, and whether a coupon can be used at the same time.

Schedule and closed days

The exam and surgery can be done on the same day. Opening hours: Mon–Wed 10:00–18:30, Fri 10:00–20:00, Sat 09:00–16:00; closed Thursday, Sunday and public holidays, so count those days in when you plan your hotel nights. The clinic is about a 2-minute walk from Gangnam Station, at 107 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 7th and 9th floors.

Tell the doctor your return date at the consultation. Follow-up care is provided afterwards, and you can come back for check-ups at any time (book through the website).
